Tree Top Adventure Park, Vilnius

With Uno nuotykių parkas ('Uno Adventure Park'), you have the opportunity to spend around 4 hours exploring the tree tops to varying difficulty levels. They begin with a quick demonstration of how to use the equipment properly, as well as safety rules - this was all in very well-spoken English! Then you are let loose on the park, with instructors watching out from below.

There are 4 different difficulty levels;

Green - Perfect for young tree top enthusiasts, or for those with a fear of heights, the Green route doesn't go far off the ground and is quite family friendly.

Blue - I would call this an 'intermediate' course, suitable for anyone who is not sure they'll enjoy being up high and doesn't want to push themselves too much. It is suitable for teenagers too.

Red - This course has 2 options, a short version and a long one. The shorter route is quite easily doable and doesn't feel like too much of a step up from the Blue, the longer route feels quite a bit harder but this is likely due to tiring muscles after about an hour of consistent tree fun.

Black - The highest of the courses, this one is not for the faint hearted. Mostly based on upper body strength, the instructors do not reccomend you try this unless you can do 10 pulls ups.

There is also a 5th course that is purely for zip lining, this course takes about 20 minutes to complete and is a perfect end to a tiring day to whizz through the tree tops!

Other activities;

- For small children there is a Net Course and trampolines. We went as a group of adults, so please contact the company for more details.

- A zip line across the River Neris, which snakes through the whole city! This can be done with instructor for kids.

- The Elephant Jump; this costs an extra 8Euros and consists of climbling way up 16 meters into the tree tops to then jump off a platform. A huge adrenalin rush!
