From the list below, I've picked out the top 4 personality traits for a happier, healthier life... Today, I challenge you to make a list of ideas and actions on how to become;
More adaptable.
A better communicator.
Improve your patience.
Develop your positivity levels.

A - Adaptability is one of the top 4 important personal traits you must have to travel the way we do.
B - Boredom happens. Embrace it. Learn about your boredom; when does it happen, how to you solve it, how can you alter your life so you are never bored again.
C - Communication is also a top 5 personal trait. It is integral to travel and to have a happy life. Communicating across language barriers, cultural barriers, religious barriers… my top tip? Laugh a lot and be patient.
D - Develop yourself constantly. Ask people around you what they think are your strengths and weaknesses. Access your findings, access yourself, and create a goal to become more patient or better at communicating.
E - Elevate people, bring them up and encourage them to be the best they can be in themselves, their career or whichever aspect of life they struggle in.
F - Focus on the important things. Yes day-dreaming is wonderful, but if you need to get things done you will 100% thank yourself later for not putting them off now.
G - Gratitude. Be grateful for all you have. Some people can only dream of being in your shoes and having your life. Even your daily problems are a dream come true to others.
H - Honestly is key. Be honest with yourself… Are you happy? Are you achieving yours goals? Are you living your life for you or because you feel you ‘should’ do these things?
I - Individuality. Don’t listen to mass media. Make your own opinions through a wide range of information and stand your ground on your beliefs but be open to others opinions.
J - Judge fairly and openly. To go through life without making any judgement of a place, person or belief is - in my eyes - impossible… BUT it is important to remember to judge with an open mind, be willing to change your views and understand each person/place/belief is individual and unique.
K - Kind. Be kind. Always.
L - Laughing at everything will get you through the day a lot more quickly than being annoyed and stressed will. Even if you’re highly inconvenienced by a situation, laugh and your day will turn itself around.
M - Mature v.s mischievous. Both are good at the right time, both are bad at the wrong time. Be aware of how your actions affect others and choose accordingly.
N - Necessity. Access your ‘needs' and your ‘wants', put aside your ego and work towards making a happier life through reaching the goals of your ‘needs' first, and your ‘wants' later.
O - Opportunities are to be take, not to be wished upon later. There is no right time to do anything, so do it now and don’t regret you never took the opportunity as it came.
P - Patience and Positivity, my 3rd and 4th top personal traits. Without patience you will get no where, without positivity you won’t enjoy it even if you do get somewhere.
Q - Question everything, learn as much as you can and enrich yourself so you can enrich those around you.
R - Respect yourself by respecting others. You don’t know their story or how their opinion formed, so - even if it is different to yours - take time to learn about others and respect their opinions.
S - Stress control. Access how you handle stress, and how could you handle stress better? What actions can you put in place to make life less stressful?
T - Teach people you meet about the things you have learned while you travel, and be willing to be taught new things as you go.
U - Understanding links with patience strongly. It is important to be patient enough so you are on a level of understanding that builds a person up and develops them.
V - Valuable. Making a valuable contribution to this world whether that be through volunteer work or educating others or saving the planet through recycling your rubbish. Make your life worth something more than the material items you own.
W - Willingness to try new things and experiences, be open to things and not closed through worry or anxiety.
X - eXample. Set an example for those around you, challenge them to be bigger, better and more confident than they were before.
Y - Yearning. Access what you really yearn for and go get it. What do you really want to achieve by the end of the day? Week? Month? Year?
Z - Zealous. Be passionate for life and excited for the opportunities you get, be understanding and patient but do it with enthusiasm for what lays ahead.
